1. Who We Are

FlyxStudio is a digital agency that provides:

  • AI-powered automation tools (e.g., assistants, follow-ups, workflows)
  • Digital marketing services (e.g., lead generation, ad management)
  • Website development and hosting
  • Custom software integrations (e.g., Google, Meta, CRMs)
  • Internal productivity tools and experimental applications

We serve small businesses, franchises, and enterprise clients. Our tools are either developed for our own operations or deployed on behalf of a business (“Client”) who engages us to improve customer experience or business efficiency.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect the information necessary to deliver services securely and effectively.

a) Information you or our Clients provide:

  • Business or customer account information
  • Booking/scheduling preferences
  • Messages or forms submitted on websites or chat tools

  • OAuth-authorized data (e.g., calendars, profiles)

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

4. Role as Data Processor

When FlyxStudio provides services to a Client, we typically act as a processor on their behalf. We handle the data under their direction and never repurpose it for our own use. The Client remains responsible for the customer relationship and final data decisions.

5. Platforms & Integrations

We integrate with and build tools on platforms like:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

  • Messenger bots may collect your name and messages during an interaction.
  • We comply with Meta’s Platform Policies, including user data handling and deletion.
  • You can request deletion of Messenger history by emailing Connect@flyxstudio.com.

Google APIs (OAuth)

  • Our apps may access services like Google Calendar to power scheduling tools.
  • We comply with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
  • No Google data is used for ads or profiling.

Others:

  • Supabase (for databases)
  • OpenAI (for chat agents, where applicable)
  • CRM systems or third-party services as configured by clients

6. Data Sharing

We may share your data only with:

  • Authorized service providers (e.g., cloud storage, analytics)
  • Client teams, when acting on their behalf
  • Regulatory bodies, if required by law

All subprocessors are vetted for compliance and security.

  • Activity monitoring and backups
